The Chef’s Counter at Greywind
Introducing The Counter at Greywind, a multi-course tasting menu centered around local, seasonal ingredients that have inspired Chef Dan Kluger throughout his career. Guests will be invited to the bakery space which seamlessly transforms from day to night with counter seating facing the open kitchen. A welcome cocktail from Spygold will start the evening followed by dishes prepared and served by Chef Dan and the team featuring a 6-course dinner in a more casual setting as if you were sitting at the kitchen island in Chef Dan’s home.
Chef Kluger’s creativity in collaboration with Greywind executive chef Caitlin Giamario and pastry chef Jake Novick-Finder highlight local yet elevated ingredients such as caviar and wagyu sourced expertly from local farmers at the greenmarket with meticulous attention to every detail on display.
The counter experience will be available monthly for three nights only with a rotating menu for each series. Two seating’s will be available per night (5:45 pm and 8:15 pm).

Women’s History Month at Mercado Little Spain
Each Wednesday in March, Maddy will be pouring wines from a variety of female winemakers, female-led vineyards, and female industry leaders from across Spain. This will be in conjunction with brand ambassadors in BarCelona.
