From October 7-16, the stunning floral show returns to The Shops with 16 12-feet-tall floral mannequins paying homage to remarkable women, including Bella Azbug, Frida Kahlo, Lady Gaga, Malala Yousafzai, Serena Williams, Vera Wang, and Queen Elizabeth II.
