Dribbling for the Win: The 2023 Related Classic Returns

The Related Classic bounced back again this year, with another rousing tournament series at the basketball court at One Hudson Yards.

The event started with pre-seasons drills, when residents aged 8-16 learned how to improve their basketball skills from Big Apple Athletics. They later tested their talents during a round of competitions, and at the end, each attendee was rewarded with a gift card to Van Leeuwen. 

After that, the real tournaments began, when residents from across New York City battled it out to win a series of prizes, including a spa package from Equinox, SoulCycle classes and Juice Press gift cards.

Meanwhile, up the lounge, residents streamed the NCAA games live while enjoying food from Fuku and beer from Bronx Brewery.
