Your Hudson Yards Holiday Guide
Hudson Yards is the place to be this holiday season, with an absolutely stunning light show, tons of fun activations, and of course, no shortage of perfect gifts. We've rounded up the experiences we're most excited about below; make sure you check out the Related Connect app to find out how to redeem the special offers.
Shine Bright at Hudson Yards presented by Wells Fargo
We could all use a little brightness this season, and there's no shortage of that to be found at Hudson Yards, where two million lights illuminate the neighborhood (including Vessel). We can't think of a better backdrop for your holiday cards.
Sing for Hope
The entire month of December, Broadway musicians and The Juilliard School will be filling the Shops at Hudson Yards with beautiful music at one of the eight pianos installed in through the shopping center. Each piano is decorated by a local artist, so make sure to see them all. Want to show off your musical skills? You can also book a time to play the pianos yourself; learn more here.
If you didn't get enough lights on the Plaza, head up to Edge to experience the city like you never have before. Starting December 18, Edge will have extended hours until 10:00 PM – all the better to take in the 50,000 holiday lights that have been installed. And if you're worried about the chill, warm up with a limited edition “Cocoa in the Clouds” during your trip. Related residents receive special pricing on Edge; check out the Related Connect app for more.
Santa Station, A Virtual Experience
Your kids miss sitting on Santa's lap this year? They can still find out if they were naughty or nice with a virtual Facetime with Santa on Level 3 of the Shops. Plus, jingle with the elves, take a selfie with the polar bear, a walk down the candy cane lane, snap a pic with Rudolph or get lost in the forest of holiday trees. But before you do all that, be sure to download the free Membit App to video chat with Mr. Claus inside the phone booth.
Still have gifts you need to buy? Hudson Yards style director Kate Powell put together an amazing gift guide of items to suit everyone on your list. And if you would prefer someone else shop for you, Related residents receive complimentary contactless personal shopping and delivery to your Related address. Check the Related Connect app to learn more.
The Festival of Lights
