The Creamiest Overnight Oats Recipe You’ve Ever Made

While there is no shortage of overnight oat recipes out there, we promise this is one you’ll want to try. One of the bestselling items from Stocked, the a la carte prepared foods marketplace, this recipe gets its extra creaminess from blending banana and oat milk together. Make it the night before a big day to give you the power you need or make a huge batch to keep in the fridge all week. We think you’ll agree it’s the perfect way to start the day.

Maple Banana Overnight Oats:

2 3/4 cups oats

1 1/4 cups oat milk

1 1/8 cups water

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 1/2 ripe bananas

Cinnamon

Kosher salt

In a blender, combine the oat milk, water, maple syrup, banana, cinnamon, and a big pinch salt until completely combined. Dip in a spoon, and taste! Add more cinnamon as needed. Pour into a large container, stir the oats in well, and let sit overnight.

Enjoy for the next 4 days in your fridge!
